Profile Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Owner with a strong background in Enterprise B2B security products and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience and a proven track record of managing and delivering successful security solutions in a B2B environment. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in defining and prioritizing product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our products meet the needs of our enterprise customers.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Product Vision and Strategy:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Enterprise B2B security products.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product decisions.

  • Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather and prioritize requirements.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and provide clear and timely communication.

  • Backlog Management:

  • Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and business objectives.

  • Write clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications for the development team.

  • Agile Development:

  • Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Work closely with Scrum Masters, Development Teams, and other Product Owners to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap.

  • Product Delivery and Performance:

  • Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of product features, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.

  • Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Customer Focus:

  • Engage with enterprise customers to understand their security challenges and ensure our products address their needs.

  • Gather and incorporate customer feedback into the product development process to enhance product value and user experience.

    Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, with a focus on Enterprise B2B security products.

  • Strong experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile methodologies.

  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog, with a focus on delivering customer value.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with security technologies, industry standards, and best practices.

  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is preferred.

  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) are highly desirable.
