Profile Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Owner with a strong background in Enterprise B2B security products and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience and a proven track record of managing and delivering successful security solutions in a B2B environment. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in defining and prioritizing product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our products meet the needs of our enterprise customers.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Product Vision and Strategy:
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Enterprise B2B security products.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product decisions.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather and prioritize requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and provide clear and timely communication.
Backlog Management:
Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and business objectives.
Write clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications for the development team.
Agile Development:
Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with Scrum Masters, Development Teams, and other Product Owners to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap.
Product Delivery and Performance:
Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of product features, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
Customer Focus:
Engage with enterprise customers to understand their security challenges and ensure our products address their needs.
Gather and incorporate customer feedback into the product development process to enhance product value and user experience.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, with a focus on Enterprise B2B security products.
Strong experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile methodologies.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog, with a focus on delivering customer value.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with security technologies, industry standards, and best practices.
Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is preferred.
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) are highly desirable.
