Position Summary
Responsibilities
• Provide PeopleSoft Financial Aid Functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development lifecycle
• Work on all project phases of PeopleSoft Financial Aid, including fit/gap, configuration, and testing • Assist clients in fully integrating the PeopleSoft Financial Aid system into their current business environments and provide input on best practices
• Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts of PeopleSoft Financial Aid on other processes or systems
• Configure the PeopleSoft Financial Aid system to meet each client’s unique business requirements
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Report progress to clients and project managers
• Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering PeopleSoft Financial Aid solutions

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
At least 5 years of technical experience in the implementation and support phases of PeopleSoft (9.2)-Campus Solutions
Experience in the Higher Education Industry
Thorough knowledge of PeopleTools, including Workflow, SQR, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, XML Publisher, and Upgrade Assistant

Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology REQUIRED SKILLS
Minimum of five years PeopleSoft experience
Experience in a Higher Education or Public Sector environment
PeopleSoft 9.0 experience or higher • Upgrade and implementation experience
Ability to work on all project phases of a project: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Setup and Testing
Solid experience with PeopleSoft Financial Aid implementations
Solid understanding of all processes and reports
Expert knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL
Knowledge of Application Designer, SQL Developer/Toad, and the PeopleSoft Query tool
Ability to effectively communicate with technical and functional staff, administrative users, and Information Resources managers
Additional working knowledge of other PeopleSoft modules such as Human Capital Management, Finance and Interaction Hub will be considered an added advantage
M-F, 8am – 5pm US CST Time Zone; On call and possible off shift coverage would be required
