Nutanix Marketing Operations Analyst in Bangalore, India

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you will primarily focus on managing and optimizing our email programs to drive engagement, retention, and conversion rates. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and streamline processes

Your Role

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and A/B testing to optimize performance.

  • Monitor and analyse key email metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product to develop compelling content and creative assets for email campaigns.

  • Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo or HubSpot) to build and deploy email campaigns efficiently and effectively.

  • Implement best practices for email deliverability, compliance, and data privacy to ensure our email programs adhere to industry standards and regulations(GDPR).

  • Marketo program creation for new assets for the web team.

  • Managing Marketo project request workflows and optimizing team collaboration through Wrike's platform.

  • Marketo data cleanup to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance within marketing databases.

  • Resolving Marketo data sync issues to maintain seamless integration and accuracy between marketing systems and databases.

What You Will Bring

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on email marketing.

  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo HubSpot).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript is preferred.

  • Experience with Marketo campaign execution

  • Experience with Email Program creation.

  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus

  • Willing to work sometimes during US time zones

About the Team

The Marketing Operations team is dedicated to leveraging Marketo, Leandata Full Circle and other marketing tech stack that support and enhance our global marketing initiatives. The team works closely with various marketing teams to launch campaigns, improve processes, and ensure data integrity. We are part of a larger Marketing Operations organization that supports global initiatives spanning multiple teams, offering opportunities for collaboration and professional growth.
