Introduction
Highly skilled and detail-oriented N1 Certified Japan Payroll Professional to manage and administer our payroll processes in compliance with Japanese labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Japanese payroll practices, tax laws, and social insurance systems, as well as excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Your role and responsibilities
Highly skilled and detail-oriented N1 Certified Japan Payroll Professional to manage and administer payroll processes in compliance with Japanese labour laws and regulations. The candidate will have a strong understanding of Japanese payroll practices, tax laws, and social insurance systems, as well as excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll by Japanese labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Japanese payroll regulations, including tax laws, social insurance, and labor standards.
Prepare and submit statutory reports, such as tax returns, social insurance reports, and year-end adjustments.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, tax, and social insurance matters.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure accurate employee data and payroll information.
Stay informed about changes in Japanese payroll regulations and implement necessary updates to payroll processes.
Provide support for payroll system implementation and maintenance.
Required technical and professional expertise
Japanese Language Proficiency: N1 Certified
Payroll Software: Proficiency in using payroll software and systems, such as SAP HRMS, SF and ECP Payroll.
Preferred technical and professional experience
N1 Certified with Japan HR / Payroll process experience.
