As an Executive Assistant, you’ll build a close partnership with a Senior Vice President, and be a key contact for their team. You’ll set appropriate expectations and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’re an extension of your leader, complementing their work style while upholding Target’s values and demonstrating the utmost poise, professionalism and leadership. Your open, clear and responsive communication across multiple settings and platforms will ensure you’re a trusted resource for external partners, vendors and community leaders. You’ll stay up to date on the complexities and nuances of the businesses your leader oversees and act as a key point of contact for direct reports and team members. You’ll provide exceptional support by managing priorities and processes for leaders who are often traveling and always on the go. Project management skills are fundamental for removing complexity and maximizing your leader’s time. Bring your talent for solving problems, thinking critically and recognizing roadblocks before they arise. About you:

• Bachelors Degree from Accredited University

• 4+ years of administrative experience or similar experience

• 1+ years of direct support of a senior-level executive

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate to variety of levels, both internally and externally

• Strong collaboration skills to partner across the organization

• Flexible, resilient and nimble; comfortable working in “grey areas” that are constantly changing

• Accountable with a high degree of initiative; ability to balance fluctuating workload and tasks

• Exceptional ability to problem-solve and make decisions

• High attention to detail• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Past experience from Fortune 500 companies preferred
