We are looking for skilled individuals to enhance our Intelligence and Capabilities team in the role of Business Analysts (BA).

As a BA, your role is pivotal in connecting business goals with user journeys, technology & digital habits by applying design thinking methods to craft solutions and applications that precisely meet user needs.

Job Description

  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements:

  • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.

  • Define the north start requirements for a new or changed business process or system.

  • Analyzing business Problem/Opportunity:

  • Gather information through interviews, surveys, and workshops.

  • Use Data modeling, empathy mapping, process mapping, or other techniques to analyze the situation.

  • Analyze the root causes of the stated problems.

  • Identify areas where business processes can be improved.

  • Maintain documentation and reports that detail findings, outcomes, and recommendations.

  • Developing solutions:

  • Work with stakeholders to develop solutions that meet business requirements.

  • Define the solution requirements: data, integration, perfect process, user interface, and user experience.

  • Create functional specifications and design prototypes.

  • Communicate requirements , proposed design, and process clearly to business stakeholders, developers, and technical leads.

  • Delivering the solutions:

  • Perform assessment & validation of the solution against agreed requirements.

  • Develop change management and training initiatives to land the solution and collect feedback.

  • Communicating with stakeholders:

  • Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Provide status updates on project progress.

  • Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills

  • Experience with Agile Methodology

  • Design Thinking & problem-solving

  • Strong business acumen

  • Familiar with Core Domains: Sales / Supply Chain / Finance. Preference within FMCG.

  • Experiences with fundamental business processes: Order to Cash / Procure to Cash / Sales Pipeline / Record to Report.

  • Project management skills

  • Excellent communication and Collaboration skills

  • Listen to understand with empathy.

  • Able to convey ideas effectively to engage stakeholders, deliver the message, and influence decision-making.

  • Able to facilitate meetings and discussions to solve a problem or design a solution.

  • Able to influence, guide, build consensus, and encourage.

  • Technical proficiency

  • Loves the Problem to Solve.

  • Experience in data analysis, process modeling, and user Interface design.

  • Basic understanding of IT systems and how they work.

IC team operates via Agile Fusion squad teams, fully owning the projects and closely collaborating across the functions. Key Networks

Good to have

  • AI | ML | Statistics certificate

  • Programming and technical knowledge

  • Basic understanding of ERP, CRM & connected Planning solutions .

Qualifications

  • Entry-level, mid-level Experience Level.

  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Relevant certifications (like CBAP PMI-PBA) can be beneficial.
