We are looking for DevOps Lead .

Before our software developers write even a single line of code, they have to understand what drives our customers. What is the environment? What is the user story based on? Implementation means – trying, testing, and improving outcomes until a final solution emerges. Knowledge means exchange – discussions with colleagues from all over the world.

Join our Digitalization Technology and Services (DTS) team based in Bangalore.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Leading the design, deployment, and management of scalable Kubernetes clusters in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Architecting and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.

• Developing and enforcing best practices for infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.

• Overseeing the build and release processes, ensuring automated, repeatable, and reliable software delivery.

• Implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the health and performance of the infrastructure and applications.

• Defining and implementing security best practices across all stages of the DevOps lifecycle.

• Driving automation efforts to reduce manual intervention and increase operational efficiency.

• Collaborating with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline and enhance deployment processes.

• Mentoring and guiding junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

• Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps, cloud computing, and container orchestration.

• Participating in on-call rotation to provide support for critical production systems.

• Having strong debugging skill and problem-solving capabilities.

Job Requirements/ Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 7+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.

• Deep expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.

• Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Proficiency in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).

• Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.).

• Proficient in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to work.

• Strong in programming language like Java, C#, Golang

Preferred Qualifications:

• Kubernetes certification (CKA, CKAD).

• Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and related technologies (Docker, Helm).

• Understanding of DevSecOps practices and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with serverless computing and related frameworks.
