The Cloud Data and Tools Architect will be responsible for customer data collection and transfer related to Cloud-based services. This will be key in supporting Esko’s move towards Cloud based product offering by enabling valuable marketing insights and offering best of class service to our customers. You will directly report to the Enterprise Architect

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL

• Evaluate our current landscape and technology trends and select suitable tools which add value.

• Architect and design the data model and workflows to optimize data collected in offering cloud-based services across Esko​.

• Design, set up and manage Segment/API configurations to ensure a mature customer data platform and accurate, secure and efficient data transfer ​between multiple systems.

• ​Contribute to designing cloud data events and define which and how data is transferred to other tools.

• Set up and manage tools like Custify, Intercom, Salesforce to ensure they correctly receive and process data. For Salesforce related work, work in conjunction with SFDC solution architect

• Be part of the product roadmap and identify areas of improvement autonomously.

• Troubleshoot questions/problems.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO HAS:

• A master’s degree in computer science (or similar)

• At least 10 years of experience in various IT technical roles, out of which 5 years with a focus on Customer Data integration and Data architecture in a Cloud based context.

• At least 5 years of experience in a software company, focussed on subscriptions and/or cloud based products

• Experience to setup a Customer data platform (Twilio Segment or similar)

• Experience in various tools which enrich customer experiences and internal visibility when offering cloud-based services (like Custify, Intercom, …)

• Experience in Mulesoft is a plus

• A hands-on mentality

• Strong communication and influencing skills to establish and maintain effective business relationships.

• Proficiency in English, both written & spoken
