Graebel is looking for an Expense Analyst to provide Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide Clients with highly knowledgeable and skilled relocation accounting support through processing of our clients' global relocation vendor invoices.

Principal / Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Audits, processes, and approves vendor invoices associated with non-foreign entities in adherence to the client policy. Includes processing of ACH, wires and check payments within the established guidelines and per client SLA's.

  2. Ensures completeness and accuracy of vendor invoices in order to avoid financial risk to our company and the transferee's company.

  3. Performs vendor statement reconciliations, audits and research, as needed.

  4. Provides Customer Service support to internal and external customers. Works with business partners to resolve questions with vendor invoices.

Other/non essential duties and responsibilities

  1. Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.

  2. This position may require some travel for the purposes of training, knowledge refresh, and career improvement. Overtime may be required based on the business need.
