Role Overview:

General Ledger Reconciliations - Review analysis and reconciliation of assigned Account codes within due dates, Timely closure of reconciling items identified. Reporting dashboard with analysis to management for decision making.

Responsible for maintaining and analyzing the ledger accounts and developing financial statements and reports. Reconcile the General Ledgers on a regular basis according to company's accounting policies, to ensure fair representations of balances in financial statements.

Facilitate management team to streamline processes and implement controls. Prepare account schedules for Audit and participate in timely Audit closure.

Support accounting team in any other matters required for timely book closure, getting them audited and process improvement initiatives undertaken by Accounting team.

Develops and maintains the policies that govern the Company's reporting process and ensures compliance with generally accepted reporting standards. May define the accounting system roadmap and system requirements of the future and assist or direct system programming resources in the development of accounting systems. Accounting functions may include revenue accounting, general ledger accounting, , fixed asset accounting, inter- company accounting, and payroll. Support Audits (Global and Local). Responds to business and stake holders requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

Responsible for managing the activities of general accounting functions. Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures, and policies. Ensures the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of accounting data. Acts as liaison between the company and auditors in providing the required information
