Roles & Responsibilities:
Capable to lead the team for RFQ, Schedule, QC, Customer interaction
Proficient in 3D modeling and drafting using SolidWorks
Special Purpose Machine (SPM) design experience includes
Concept design of SPM’s
Pneumatic and bearing selections for machine
Material selections for machine components
Knowledge in manufacturing process - Sheetmetal, Welding, Machining, Heat & Surface Treatment
Design for manufacturing and drawings reviewed for manufacturing feasibility.
Excellent knowledge in Geometrical tolerances and dimensions
Knowledge on bought-out components for machine – motors / cylinders / actuators
Adhere to process checkpoints to ensure design/customer standards are followed.
BE/BTech - Mechanical Engineering preferred
