Roles & Responsibilities:

  • BE/Diploma - Mechanical/Automobile (Secondary)

  • 3-6 years’ experience in the field of CAD modeling & detailing using Catia & Autocad.

  • Ready to support from Hosur customer location

  • Experience in creating fabrication models & drawings.

  • Need to handle Complex casting & Forging development drawings

  • Expertise in using PMI environment and creating PMI models & Drawings (MBD)

  • Strong knowledge on manufacturing drawings creation and drawing reading skills

  • The use of product data management allows a company to track the various costs associated with the creation and launch of a product.

  • Very good knowledge on Excel and communication skills

  • Knowledge of Product data management and handling change management process including Configuration management.

  • Focus is on managing and tracking the creation, change and archive of all information related to a product.

  • Product data management (PDM) serves as a central knowledge repository for process and product history and promotes integration and data exchange among all business users who interact with products — including project managers, engineers, sales, buyers, and quality assurance teams.

  • Knowledge on the Geometric dimension & Tolerance and Welding

  • Familiarity/Understanding of industry codes and standards such as ASME Y14.5

  • Problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Leading and mentoring the team

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills.
