We are offering an opportunity for a detail-oriented Travel & Expense Manager . This role will be based in our Baltimore, Maryland office. As a Manager/Supervisor, you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing various financial operations, including:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce corporate policies regarding travel and expense reporting.

• Manage relationships with travel agencies and vendors.

• Negotiate contracts or rates with travel service providers.

• Provide advice on travel documents, insurance, import/export regulations, tariffs and duties.

• Track and analyze travel expenses and forecasts.

• Implement a travel approval process and a travel management program.

• Manage the travel card program.

• Supervise our Travel and Expenses team ensuring compliance with processes.

• Troubleshoot any travel-related problems or complaints.

• Regularly present cost-benefit analyses and suggest improvements.

• Maintain accurate records of company credit card use and travel expenses.

  Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with Concur, Concur Expense, Concur Travel, Travel Expense, Company Credit Card, Corporate Credit Card, and Travel Authorizations.

• Must possess exceptional analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports.

• Ability to accurately process numerical data.

• Ability to manage, guide, and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.

• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be able to adapt to new and different computer programs and software that assist in operations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.

• Ability to execute and follow-through to completion and documentation.
