Job Title: Superintendent

Job Description

We are currently working with a small general contractor in the Baltimore market, seeking to add a Superintendent to our team. The focus of the projects includes interior TI projects up to $3 million, with a significant emphasis on SCIF ROOM and secure spaces, as well as office spaces, retail, and hospitality. Responsibilities include overseeing subcontractors, managing project schedules and budgets, ordering materials, coordinating permits and inspections, ensuring safety on project sites, and facilitating communication between owners and project teams.

Hard Skills

• 3+ years as commercial construction superintendent

• Secure space/SCIF room experience

• Experience reading blueprints

• Schedule coordination/creation

• Subcontractor Management

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership skills

• Effective communication

• Attention to detail

• Problem-solving abilities

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Baltimore, Maryland.

Work Environment

Small project team with a family feel environment. Will be partnered with a Sr Superintendent to learn project management approaches.
