ManpowerGroup Sr. DEI Manager in Baltimore, Maryland

Our client, a leading organization in the financial industry, is seeking a Sr. DEI Manager to join their team. As a Sr. DEI Manager, you will be part of the HR department supporting the CFO and LCA business units. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a proven track record of success in implementing and leading DEI programs.

Job Title: Sr. DEI Manager

Location: Baltimore, MD

Pay Range: $44-48

What's the Job?

  • Support the Head of DEI, Americas and the BU Head in execution of established activities and tactics within business unit DEI plans; liaise between HR COEs to support talent acquisition, retention and engagement outcomes.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on diversity recruitment activities in support of DEI strategies to increase the diversity of the BU’s workforce. Identify key roles and partner with TA to strengthen diverse talent pipeline.

  • Activate BU Diversity-focused retention programs to support the retention and advancement of diverse talent including support of “stay” conversations, monitoring of career progressions, and similar activities.

  • Review developed dashboards to track progress against these objectives, ensure clear accountability within the BU, and to support and inform BU communications strategy.

  • Project manage logistics of firmwide inclusion speaker series, DEI Excellence Awards, and BRG Recognition Event.

  • Project coordinator of strategic DEI initiatives, including the activation of disability inclusion strategy, URT (McKinsey Black & Latinx at Work Certifications), streamlining gender equity programs/vendor relationships, etc.

  • Administrative and logistical support (as needed) of advisory groups such as Amplify Voices, BAPP, BLC, etc.

What's Needed?

  • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years implementing and/or leading DEI programs with proven results.

  • Proven success influencing and coaching stakeholders, managing projects across matrix organizations and teams, and analyzing DEI data and trends.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • A passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion with a commitment to driving change and making a positive impact.
