Job Title: Shipping Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks, work with incoming trucks, and manage scale stations. You will assist with troubleshooting technical issues and train new employees.

Responsibilities

  • Work with incoming trucks and manage scale stations.

  • Perform administrative duties such as copying, scanning, answering phones, filing, answering emails, and data entry.

  • Assist with troubleshooting technical issues within the office.

  • Train new employees.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of logistics administration experience.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Suite.

  • Experience with data entry, inventory management, and logistics administration.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with purchase orders and invoicing.

  • Familiarity with shipping, supply chain, and logistics.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. You will also be required to work 1-2 Saturdays per month, following the same schedule as weekdays. *Training on ERP systems will be provided.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
