Patient Access Representative

SHIFT: Wednesday and Thursday 7:30AM-4PM | Saturday and Sunday 7AM-7:30PM - this position does require EVERY weekend

100% onsite - free onsite parking garage

Description:

• This position works in the Emergency Room of the facility.

• There is face-to-face contact with patients and collaboration with nurses and providers is required.

• Performs patient registration

• Collect patient payments

• Provides excellent customer service and must have exceptional communication skills.

Skills:

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must have healthcare scheduling/med sec/front desk/patient access etc.

Must have excellent phone skills and computer skills

Must have excellent customer service

Must be flexible with the shift
