PRIMARY DUTIES * Coordinate efforts to Maintain and improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of Parking and Transportation Services mission. * Coordinates day to day activities of the program with inter-related activities of other programs, departments or staff to ensure optimum efficiency and compliance with appropriate policies, procedures and specifications. * Maintains departmental and directors files. Codes, combines, copies, sorts and files documentation. Perform parking and revenue control equipment Preventative Maintenance tasks monthly at all garages on all equipment. Leading special events as needed to supplement staff. * Assist with evaluating methods and procedures for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls, and maintain existing data for comparison. * Assists in the preparation of proposals for funding and/or funding continuation from outside sponsors. * Prepares periodic reports, manage data collection for events, keep records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management including PCI audits and documentation. * Coordination communication with vendors and external clients . Coordinate social media communications for Parking and Transportation. Partner with internal teams to understand and communicate all commuter-related benefits and subsidies. * May recruit program participants, members and volunteers utilizing most appropriate promotional or marketing methods, such as individual letters, brochures or presentations at meetings. Assist with the development of project plans to monitor and track progress. Ensure the effective preparation and delivery of project events and meetings and productions. * Responds to general inquiries concerning parking and transportation and escalates any difficult concerns to leadership. Interact and maintain liaison with students, faculty, staff and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and partners in order to grow the programming * Respond to correspondence, phone requests, questions and complaints about parking operations and programs. Assist in brainstorming effective ways to fix issues that arise. * Coordinate and increase the effectiveness and efficiency , through assessments of the parking program. Schedule, market, and promote events of the program by independently developing promotional marketing materials and event plans. * May conduct billing invoices and accounting duties such as NSF analysis, invoicing, monthly self-validation audits credit card analysis and handling debit memos if required. * Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field Experience:Three (3) years of experience in operating corporate, commercial or university parking and transportation programs Supervisory Experience:none Certification/Licensure:none Other: *May consider a combination of education and related experience.
