Purpose of Role

The Lead, Producer - Social is responsible for working with the global marketing team to plan and execute photo and video shoots. They will work with both internal and external partners to complete each project.

Ultimately, the Lead, Producer is expected to drive our cross-functional teams to deliver per the brief – On Brand, On Budget, On Time.

Your Impact

  • Manage Photo and Video Shoot Production for multiple projects

  • Work with the internal team to align on execution partners for shooting, producing and editing

  • Line Produce some photo and video shoots

  • Hire and oversee external production partners

  • Work with the procurement team to formalize contracts for any hired partners

  • Communicate Shoot Logistics / Plans Clearly

  • Confirm athlete availability with sports marketing and schedule shoot dates within shoot window

  • Ensure the internal partners are all aligned with the shoot plans

  • Confirm roles and responsibilities for cross-functional partners during the shoot

  • Manage Project Budgets

  • Confirm that the creative approach and requested deliverables are executable within the assigned budget

  • Keep up to date records of all spends against production budgets

  • Oversee Post Production

  • Align on post partners with the content team

  • Manage post schedules and internal alignment to finalize deliverables

  • Manage Content Backup Process

  • Ensure all files are properly distributed and backed up after each shoot

Qualifications

  • Direct work experience as a line producer

  • Experience hiring and overseeing production partners

  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools

  • Clear understanding of photo and video equipment

  • Proven experience leading high visibility projects.

  • Collaborative, solutions focused, organized, true to deadlines, helpful in attitude, and resilient in the face of ever-changing client demands.

  • Build, manage and maintain healthy internal partner & client relationships.

  • Responsive and efficient - ability to organize and manage multiple projects to meet quality/brand standards & deadlines; be flexible but assertive.

  • Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore HQ office.

  • Return to Work Designation: 3X days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

  • Travel: Travel is project dependent. Candidates can anticipate up to 50% travel

Base Compensation

$89,152.00 - $122,584.00 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
