Amazon L&D Specialist - Short Term, AIR Learning Team in Baltimore, Maryland
Description
This is a short term assignment supporting AIR Learning Team. Specifically, this individual will support the Drug & Alcohol (D&A) Program and Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) space. This short term assignment is expected to end mid June 2025.
Key job responsibilities
The individual selected for the STA role will need to have recent AIR Learning experience within the last year. They will need to be familiar with ramp processes, specifically in the carrier and regulatory space. Strong attention to detail and the ability to insist on the highest standards will be critical to this position due to federal compliance. The STA role will utilize Excel daily so the individual should be highly knowledgeable in Excel usage (pivot tables, vlookup or similar functions, etc).
Basic Qualifications
Experience with Excel
AIR Learning experience in the last year
Familiarity with ramp processes, specifically in the carrier and regulatory space
Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
