Robert Half is hiring for a Human Resources Manager in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time direct-hire position. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. This is a very hands on position. You will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership team on strategic initiatives

• Assist with recruiting and onboarding as needed

• Conduct performance management

• Manage and resolve escalated issues that arise

• Benefit administration

• Manage company ATS

• Manage and evaluate policies and procedures

• Development corporate and field training initiatives

• Employee relations

• Safety program management

• Manage company 401k program

• Special projects as assigned by leadership

  Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources

• Strong employee relations experience and demonstrated ability to improve HR strategies

• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees

• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

• Attention to detail and good judgement
