Job Description
Danfoss is seeking a highly motivated HR PMO Administrator for its newly formed Strategic HR Project Management Office (PMO). This role will be hands on, executing tasks for the optimization of HR processes and documentation. They will also collaborate daily with global key stakeholders in creating and maintaining effective information flow and continuous learning across our organization. The HR PMO Administrator will report to the Head of PMO and M&A. This role can operate remotely in the US or within Europe.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Support portfolio managers, program managers, and executive teams with project information and reporting needs.
Lead and manage the implementation of HR projects and initiatives to enhance HR service delivery across various lifecycle processes, including Talent Acquisition, Workforce Administration, Compensation, Global Mobility and further HR processes.
Drive HR documentation projects that promote the effective capture, storage, and dissemination of critical HR information, supporting a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.
Identify and evaluate opportunities for both HR and knowledge management process improvements, implementing changes that enhance the employee experience through digital tools.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures, work instructions, process maps, and training materials for improved HR, knowledge, and service performance.
Establish and maintain a knowledge repository for HR, ensuring it is regularly updated and accessible, with standardized processes for onboarding, training, and internal documentation.
Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes to ensure that HR and knowledge management project goals are achieved.
Collaborate closely with HR Process Owners, Business Partners, and end-users to identify and prioritize both HR and knowledge management improvement opportunities, in alignment with our IT department and external partners.

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
Experience in HR Shared Services, process excellence, digitalization, and/or knowledge management role is required.
Experience leading and managing HR projects, as well as initiatives focused on knowledge management and organizational learning.
Demonstrated success in process automation, HR Cloud Solution implementation (preferably SAP SuccessFactors and/or ServiceNow), and knowledge-sharing solutions.
Possess strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize information and optimize knowledge-sharing practices.
Ability to exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on fostering cross-functional collaboration and engagement in knowledge management initiatives.
Proficiency in using MS Office tools, including Powerpoint and Sharepoint.

Experience or interest working with AI platforms/technology
