COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Beltway Companies, the largest commercial truck dealership in Maryland, is looking for a skilled Diesel Technician with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. Diesel dealership experience is a plus. We are committed to providing top-notch service to our clients, employees, and communities. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical knowledge and hands-on experience in diesel engine diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Use diagnostic tools to address electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engine malfunctions; perform necessary repairs.
Perform inspections to ensure safety and environmental compliance.
Collaborate with other technicians to coordinate repairs and maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and parts inventory.
Stay updated on industry trends and new repair techniques.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and filter replacements.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Diesel Technician.
Diesel dealership experience is beneficial.
Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, electrical components, and diagnostic tools.
Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Physical capability to lift heavy equipment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
