Shepard Exposition Services Part-Time Exhibits Specialist in Baltimore, Maryland
The Exhibits Specialist will provide support on multiple levels within the Exhibits team such as documenting, planning, sourcing, maintaining, and managing Exhibits projects.
Essential Job Duties
Assist with executing all Exhibits Support processes including but not limited to:
Ancillary order placement, documentation, and tracking
Management order updating
Creation of management orders with only standards and limited project scope
Conduct OLP, OE, and spreadsheet audits
Assist with general Exhibits email inquiries and shared email box management
Process standard non-graphic accessories orders as needed
Pull reports as required from sources including but not limited to, Salesforce, OLP, and OE
Assist with recap of expenses and expense reporting
Target/Marketing email blasts for standard Exhibits items
Spreadsheet data organization and show updates
Salesforce data management and entry
Assist with capturing meeting notes and providing recaps
Knowledge and ability to assist Exhibits Coordinators, Administrators, and Solutions Managers when needed, based on schedule and workload
All other duties as assigned

2-4 years of administrative support experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to organize tasks and meet deadlines
Capable of working well as part of a team and independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Salesforce a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent
