TEKsystems Enterprise Regulatory Compliance Consultant in Baltimore, Maryland
We are seeking an Enterprise Regulatory Compliance Consultant to join our team to ensure the organization meets its regulatory, compliance, and internal audit commitments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and enhancing internal audit and compliance frameworks, managing risk, and driving operational excellence within highly regulated industries. This role will provide critical leadership and advisory services across compliance, risk management, and audit functions.
Description
Develop, implement, and oversee compliance and internal audit programs to ensure alignment with enterprise goals and regulatory standards.
Conduct regulatory compliance audits, including SOX, GSE & Agency Mortgage Requirements, and other financial regulations, to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Build and sustain relationships with regulators, external auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless audit and compliance operations.
Perform risk-based assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, governance processes, and risk mitigation strategies.
Act as the primary liaison between compliance, internal audit, and regulatory bodies during reviews and examinations.
Manage and validate regulatory remediation deliverables to ensure adherence to target state program commitments.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of high-quality governance, reporting, and validation processes.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $100.00
