We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Liaison . In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, fostering community relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to recruit and retain referrals for our PRP program. This position requires a blend of human services, business acumen, community engagement skills, and marketing expertise to promote our mission of providing effective services for children and adults in need of mental health services. You will be responsible for networking with potential referral agencies with the goal of generating interest in referring children and adults to our PRP program within the Baltimore area. (And other areas, as needed).

$55,000- $60,000

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below.

•Works with program staff, primarily the Program Director, to create and implement specialized marketing plans and outreach efforts to support growth

•Serves as Point of Contact between the program, community, potential new individuals served, families and referral sources to increase admissions

•Works with new referrals and referral sources to explain our program and admission criteria

•Attends Community functions as a Representative of the program

•Assists with planning and leading special activity programs that will help facilitate growth and increase census

•Identifies, develops and fosters relationships with the community, referral sources, and other community groups

•Develops, plans, and/or coordinates various marketing activities (e.g. community outreach, media/public relations functions, etc.) for the purpose of enhancing community relationships, improving customer services/programs, and promoting a positive public image of the program

•Participates in Team Meetings, and attends required in-service trainings

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Service Field required

  2. 3-5 years-experience in healthcare or behavioral health sales and marketing preferred

  3. Ability to travel within designated territory

  4. Ability to work non-traditional schedule
