The Client Account Assistant (CAA) supports the Secretarial Services Team and the Client Account Specialist Teams ensuring a high level of client service and satisfaction are maintained. The CAA collaborates with the teams by handling time narrative edits. The CAA guarantees timely and accurate support in all areas of the position.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist Client Account Specialists and Secretarial Services Team with editing and proofing proformas
All members of the firm participate in our Responsible Business program
Other duties as assigned by Client Account Team Lead and Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED SKILLS
Excellent proofreading and wordsmithing skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision
Experience working independently, within cross-functional teams, in a collaborative, professional environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic math skills to perform billing and reporting tasks
Ability to focus attention on a task for some length of time is needed to perform the essential functions of the job

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business discipline preferred
Hands-on experience performing accounting tasks preferred
Law Firm or professional services background preferred

High level of business acumen and ability to multi-task
Talent for delivering client service through teamwork
Ability to exchange information, present ideas, and report in a clear and concise manner
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large amounts of data

HOURS
Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., including one hour for lunch with flexibility for additional hours and travel. With respect to agile working and hybrid schedules, our goal is to embed flexibility across our business by giving everyone the opportunity to work in an agile way, whether as a regular pattern or on an ad hoc basis, and we will be happy to discuss this further. This position is eligible to be fully remote.
