Your Role:

  • Measure distances and materials.
  • Cut, shape, and smooth materials using power tools.
  • Ensure safety compliance.
  • Erect ladders and scaffolding
  • Work with wood, fiberglass, steel, and concrete.
  • Read and interpret building plans.
  • Follow safety guidelines at all times.
  • Build shoots and concrete forms for large projects.

Physical Requirements:

  • Perform physical tasks (climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping).
  • Wear protective gear (safety shoes, glasses, gloves, etc.).
  • Work in various weather conditions.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of carpentry experience.
  • Own basic carpentry tools.
  • Ability to travel to job sites.
  • Lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience with historic properties is a plus.
