Now we are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic –Food and Beverage Waiter/esswith a strong background and experiencein food and beverage server or waiter/essespecially in Japanese Restaurant style, strong understanding of high-quality customer service and guest satisfactionjoin our energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali.

Foodand Beverage Waiter/esswillbe responsible forproviding guests with all services andassistanceconnected with theirdiningexperience.

K ey responsibilities:

  • Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.

  • Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

  • To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items.

  • To take food and beverage orders and serve them according to the established service sequence.

  • Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a promptfollow up.

  • To provide a friendly, courteous, professional service and ensure guests satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

  • Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations or Japanese restaurant

  • Proven experience as a Waiter in a luxury hotel orJapaneserestaurant.

  • Strong understanding of high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.

  • Excellent knowledge of menu items,Japanesecuisineand presentation standards.

  • Ability toanticipate guest needs and provide personalized attention.

  • Impeccable grooming and presentation.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Multilingual skills are a plus.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
