Load and unload company trucks with equipment and materials. Plumb swimming pool equipment, trolling swimming pool bottoms, setting pool panels, and installing vinyl pool liners. Place equipment pads and forms for concrete. Wheelbarrow dirt, sand and concrete. Mix concrete. Jackhammer concrete. Move and set up steel pool panels. Set up vinyl pool liners. Set up pool pumps, filters and heaters. Use liner vacs to set vinyl pool liners in place. Trowel the bottom of a swimming pool. Finish concrete. Tighten bolts. Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: tape measure, wheelbarrow, shovel, jackhammer, demo saws, laser transit, trowels, power drills, air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. May assist other craft workers. Tend pumps, compressors, or generators to provide power for tools, machinery, or equipment or to heat or move materials, such as asphalt. Lubricate, clean, or repair machinery, equipment, or tools. Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials. Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities. For the purposes of this paragraph, the “period of employment” shall be the period from the first workday the worker is at the Company’s work site and is ready, willing, able and eligible to work, until the anticipated ending day of employment, or until the services of the worker are no longer required, whichever come first.Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employer period to the extent such guarantee applies to a particular employee.
