We\'re seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager II to join our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Human Resources department at our Baldwin, WI location. We are looking for someone that is able to lead, manage, facilitate, connect, and build relationships with our plant personnel and the surrounding community. You will have one direct report, lead Human Resources for approximately 180 employees, and be a strategic partner for the Plant Director and Corporate HR team.This is an ideal role for someone looking to make an impact, lead change, and get involved with all aspects of Human Resources. Qualified candidates must be able to work in our Baldwin, WI location. Role Responsibilities: Responsible for developing and implementing employee relations practices and strategies, including the following: employee engagement, compliance, wage and salary administration, selection and staffing, orientation and training, organizational development, performance management, succession planning, conflict resolution and workers compensation. Influence, coach and provide guidance to the plant leadership team and employees regarding HR practices, policies and procedures. Demonstrate a growth mindset that understands the organization\'s goals and strategies; can effectively translate this direction into strategic and operational people practices. Partner with Operations leadership and other key stakeholders to drive HR and operational strategies. Responsible for leading investigations and proposing any related corrective action. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for the entire site. Lead HR-related projects and initiatives both within the site and the broader HR Organization. Manage and develop a HR Administrator. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in human resource management, business or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience. Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications: HR certification (SCP, CP, PHR). Master\'s degree in HR related discipline.
