Sodexo is seeking a Project Manager- Functional Area to join our team at an Oil and Gas company in Bakersfield, CA and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate has exemplary and interpersonal skills and relentlessly delivers exceptional customer service. The candidate is also comfortable working with a diverse and flexible work environment and can quickly manage multiple priorities and ensure the proper planning and execution of requests optimizing the experience for the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Heavy focus on hospitality-based operations

• Support Facility general management

• Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project

• Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders

• Works with local O&M teams for project completions

• Solving any issues that may arise during the project

• Assist with the bid and proposal process

• Develop and update project schedules

• Liaison between local management, client, and customers for approved scopes and implementation

• Work with projects team as required

• Record and distribute project meeting minutes and action items

• Coordinate and preparation of project progress reports, i.e., project cost reports, schedules, and status report

• Assemble project closeout documentation

• Maintain a close overall focus on customer satisfaction, quality of service delivery, and proactive com

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years experience within functional area or project management
