ManpowerGroup Forklift Warehouse Associate in Bakersfield, California

Our client, a leader in the light industrial sector, is seeking a Forklift Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Forklift Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting efficient product handling and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Warehouse Associate

Location: Bakersfield, CA

Pay Range: $17.25

What's the Job?

  • Pull and prepare orders for shipment.

  • Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.

  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times.

  • Assist with counter sales, deliveries, and outbound orders.

  • Load and unload pipe, cut and thread pipe as needed.

What's Needed?

  • A background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

  • Forklift Operator certification and experience.

  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly.

  • Strong attention to attendance and punctuality.

  • Willingness to perform both indoor and outdoor tasks.
