Electrical Superintendent for Energy Storage Build
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Lead and manage energy storage electrical construction projects from initiation to completion
Adhere to project plans, schedules, and budgets to monitor progress against key milestones and performance metrics
Mentor assistant superintendents, craft personnel, and other junior level employees
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and industry standards
Enforce and promote a culture of safety by implementing and enforcing company standards and OSHA policies, procedures, and guidelines
Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and provide guidance and training to develop team members' skills and capabilities
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing energy storage work including NFPA 70e and IEEE and NEC standards
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years of work-related experience in energy storage, electrical construction, substation, data center, or related field
Leadership of craft
OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification
This is a traveling opportunity - jobsites are in Arizona, New Mexico and California
