Responsibilities

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of efficiency.

Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all administrative aspects of construction projects are running smoothly.

Handling contracts, project proposals, change orders, and other related documents. Ensuring they are properly filed, organized, and easily accessible.

Managing orders for materials, tools, and equipment. Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of resources.

Acting as the point of contact between the sites, project managers, contractors, clients, and external vendors. Ensuring proper communication channels.

Ensuring that the office follows legal, safety, and regulatory requirements. Organizing safety meetings, training, and ensuring all necessary permits and documentation are in place.

Overseeing general office administration, including managing office supplies, organizing meetings, and maintaining a productive office environment.

Assisting with employee recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records for those working on-site and in the office.
