Job Title: Soy Bean Operator

Job Description

Join our dynamic agricultural operations team focused on grain and oilseed processing. We are dedicated to supporting farmers by offering several grain marketing programs tailored to meet their risk management needs in fluctuating markets. Our products, including feed-grade soybean meal, pelleted soy hulls, and crude soy oil, are essential in providing custom-blended protein feed ingredients for the poultry, swine, and dairy industries.

Hard Skills

• Operation of soybean processing equipment

• Conducting quality and food safety checks

• Routine preventative maintenance

• Basic troubleshooting on operating equipment

• Loading trucks with products for customers

Soft Skills

• Adherence to safety and environmental guidelines

• Effective communication

• Maintaining records and logs

• General labor efficiency

• Housekeeping and sanitation

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in BAINBRIDGE, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

The role includes both indoor and outdoor work, where you will be exposed to various weather conditions, similar to an outdoor feed mill environment.
