We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Rough Carpenter to join our team. If you have a strong background in rough carpentry or framing, we want to hear from you!

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

• Perform rough carpentry tasks, including framing, sheathing, and installing subfloors, walls, and roofs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to execute precise measurements and cuts.
• Use hand and power tools efficiently and safely.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems that arise during construction.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the company's quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in rough carpentry or framing.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
• Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting heavy materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Pay: $25-$30 DOE
