As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the driving force behind property success, using your marketing savvy, negotiation skills, and customer service expertise to fill units swiftly and build lasting tenant relationships. salary: $15 - $17 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Negotiate lease terms and handle the preparation of leasing agreements.

• Guide tenants through the lease signing process and explain all lease conditions.

• Respond promptly to inquiries from potential tenants.

• Schedule and conduct property showings, showcasing the benefits of the space.

• Provide comprehensive information on rental terms, neighborhood amenities, and leasing processes.

• Review rental applications and conduct background checks, including credit reports and reference verification.

• Ensure tenant applications meet all leasing and legal requirements.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 7 hrs of overtime per week
