A leading industrial manufacturer is hiring Maintenance Controls Technicians! Direct hire w/ full benefits, $3000 sign on bonus. Higher level PLC troubleshooting/programming skills required, mechanical aptitude also preferred.

Pay - $33-40 to start based on exp/skill set (could possibly go higher)

Shift - 630p-7a 3-2-2-3 schedule If you meet the qualifications and are ready for next steps, please + complete the prescreening!

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Configuring and programming Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) and Programmable Automation Controllers (PAC)

• Performing regular maintenance and inspections to ensure systems operate at peak efficiency.

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to PLCs, SCADA, and other control systems.

• Updating system documentation to reflect changes and modifications made to control processes.

• Working closely with engineering teams to integrate new technologies and systems.

• Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and industry regulations.

• Collaborating with project management and operations teams to discuss system setups and modifications.

• Monitoring system performance and responding to alarms or operational inefficiencies immediately.

• Providing technical support and training to other employees on the operation and maintenance of control systems.

• Conducting system diagnostics and analytics to preempt potential issues before they escalate.

• Upgrading system components when necessary to harness better technology and enhance functionality.

• Installing, configuring, calibrating and maintaining control, measurement and indicating instrumentation (pneumatic, analog & digital);

The essential functions of this role include:
