Qualification : B.Tech Mechanical
Experience : 8 - 10 Years Experience Preferably in Rotary Equipments
Job Role and Responsibilities:
Evolve strategies and development systems and processes for manufacturing of engineered products to achieve operational effectiveness.
Develop and establish manufacturing procedures, standards, and specifications.
Promote quality achievement and performance improvement across the organizational
Maintain constant awareness of the business context and company profitability.
Ensure compliance with national and international standards of manufacturing.
Minimize throughput time and work in progress inventory by systematic production planning and efficient monitoring of plans.
Ensure reduction in quality cost with the help of analysis of non-compliances on periodic basis, also by following suitable actions (both corrective and preventive actions)
Benchmark and establish best practices across the complex products vertical visvis competition.
Continuously upgrade and demonstrate market leading knowledge in strategy as applied to manufacturing industry.
Manage Inventory levels and coordinate with the concern teams.
Liaise with other departments, such as sales and engineering to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
