Fresenius Medical Care North America (Senior) Project Manager (m/f/d) - Supply Chain Improvement in Bad Homburg, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing & Transportation).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging expertise to enhance operational efficiency and drive business success.

  • Identification of Improvement Potentials in Supply Chain Operations and translating of these into projects.

  • Calculation and tracking of Business Cases.

  • Planning, leading and implementation of projects in the Global Supply Chain Operations organization within budget, quality and time.

  • Overall project responsibility towards the Project Sponsor and the Steering Committee.

What we expect?

  • Proven Experience with Supply Chain Management and related processes, tools and standards are mandatory.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or other related subjects.

  • Further proven project management certification like Six Sigma, Lean. PRINCE2, etc. is a plus.

  • Deep project management experience is required.

  • Experiences in Process Analysis and Mapping (e.g. BPMN) is a plus.

  • Result driven and customer-oriented working model is required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong IT user knowledge (MS Office, SAP ERP, eWM, TM, APO, IBP, Signavio).

  • Experiences in SAP S/4HANA Transformation projects is beneficial.
