Description
The responsibilities of the logistic officers include ensuring that instructors have the necessary course material, tools, equipment, and paperwork to conduct a course. The Logistics Officer provides assistance to the Scheduling Lead and Training Manager where necessary and carry out basic administrative work. Delivery of course material, tools, equipment, and paperwork to various sites.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Preparing class "tubs" which consist of course paperwork and material (i.e. videos, hand-outs)
Ordering materials and equipment
Maintenance of vendor list
Employment Development Verification Requests
Review of course paperwork and submittal to the Administration Office
Training calendar additions, revisions, and distribution
Travel and hotel accommodations
Tunneling course scheduling
Clerical work and assistance to Scheduling Lead and Training Manager as needed
Delivery and pick-up of material at various sites
Inventory control and tracking
Other related duties
Requirements
Education Required: Minimum High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Experience Requirements: Minimum of one year of office work
