Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Avon, Massachusetts, 02322, United States. In this role, you'll be supporting our Payroll department through a data entry project, focusing on certified payrolls.

Responsibilities:

• Review weekly certified payrolls, making necessary edits on apprentice and county information

• Ensure official submission of payroll

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and record keeping

• Provide customer service by resolving inquiries related to customer accounts

• Organize files and documents for easy retrieval and reference

• Perform accurate calculations as part of data entry tasks

• Use 10 Key skills for data entry and other relevant tasks

• Handle email correspondence with professionalism and efficiency

• Carry out scanning tasks when required

• Exhibit strong typing skills to ensure efficient data entry. Requirements • Proficient in 10 Key Skills for quick and accurate data input

• Strong Customer Service skills to interact and communicate effectively with clients

• Prior experience in Data Entry, demonstrating high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

• Skilled in Email Correspondence, detail oriented in drafting emails and managing email communications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Competent in using Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Experience in Organizing Files, ensuring easy retrieval and efficient record-keeping

• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately, demonstrating good mathematical skills

• Experience in Scanning documents, maintaining digitized records

• Fast Typing skills, ensuring efficient data input and document creation
