Job description: Quality Assurance Location: Avon, OH Shift: 1st (6 am 230 pm) (OT as needed) Wage: $18 to $28 *an hour 8 week temporary assignment starting in March *Essential functions
- Ensures all inspection and quality plan requirements to exceed customer standards.
- Recommends inspection and quality plan modifications when applicable.
- Ensures all measurement devices are appropriate and readily available.
- Ensures all measurement device records are accurate and complete.
- Coordinates all internal and external calibrations.
- Assists with Internal audits.
Required Skills/ Abilities
- General machining knowledge.
- Understands ISO requirements and familiar with ISO audits.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and customer specifications, including GD&T features.
- Ability to use calibers, micrometers, and other measuring tools as needed
- Proficient with Word and Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Well-developed teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
