Description We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team based in Austin, Texas. This role involves managing office functions, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity, and you will be working in a fast-paced environment within the telecom industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office functions and supervise office staff.

• Handle customer service tasks such as answering inbound calls and managing customer complaints.

• Coordinate and manage facilities and property, ensuring a safe and comfortable workplace for all employees.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Outlook to maintain accurate records and correspondence.

• Generate regular reports on office activities and operations.

• Actively involved in the hiring processes, promoting a fair and inclusive workplace.

• Perform Receptionist Duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and scheduling meetings.

• Manage the shipping and transportation services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages.

• Maintain logs and records related to office activities and operations.

• Handle ad hoc financial tasks as needed. Requirements • Demonstrated expertise in customer service

• Proficiency in managing office functions

• Ability to produce clear and concise reports

• Experience in answering inbound calls efficiently

• Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suites

• Proven experience in supervising a team

• Familiarity with hiring processes and procedures

• Experience in performing receptionist duties

• Knowledge of office security protocols

• Ability to manage professional correspondence

• Experience in performing ad hoc financial tasks

• Familiarity with facility and property management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with shipping procedures and maintaining logs

• Proficiency in facilities management

• Ability to handle complaints and reservations professionally

• Capable of creating and distributing newsletters

• Experience in arranging travel and providing transportation services

• Ability to work onsite

• Skilled in managing office correspondence and documentation.
