Express Professionals Austin Southwest Welder in Austin, Texas
Located in Austin, TX
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour!
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate is reliable, responsible and has good attention to detail, with the ability to set up and operate various types of welding equipment and read blueprints/schematics and determine welding plans.
Requirements: {#requirements dir="ltr"}
10+ years of welding experience (steel and stainless steel).
Experience with manual tools (saw, drill press, mill) is a plus.
Preferred certifications in stainless steel and carbon (certification available).
High school diploma or GED required.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate MIG and TIG welding equipment.
Read blueprints to determine welding plans.
Maintain quality standards and inspection knowledge.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
Ability to stand for long periods and travel to customer sites if needed.
Notes:Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential. PPE will be provided.
Expected Salary:$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Work Hours:Monday-Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM
