Significant responsibility in (but not limited to) these areas: manage all aspects of video operations. Manage and oversee videotaping of all practices and games. Provide breakdown of video and utilize practice and game film to identify and report statistical trends. Oversee video operations during away games, including video capture and editing. Assist coaches with game video preparation and scouting reports; and update recruiting profiles to include in-depth research on every prospect recruited by the coaching staff.Contribute in several administrative and operational areas of the program including but not limited to: compile and maintain a video library, both archives and current. Coordinate the video exchange program. Adhere to SEC video exchange policies.Collaborate closely with External Affairs on the direction of social media and digital communication related to the Womens Basketball team. Assist with the execution of print and digital recruiting materials.Assists the Head Women's Basketball Coach, the Associate Head Women's Basketball Coach, the Assistant Women's Basketball Coaches, and Womens Basketball support staff as assigned.Drive a UT or rental vehicle on and off campus.Consistently exemplify the core values and quality service standards of Texas Athletics. Always act ethically. Proactively seek guidance when unsure or unclear of a law, rule or policy applicable to you or your department/sport program. Actively participate in assigned education and training programs. Comply with all laws, policies, rules and regulations set forth by the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System, The University of Texas at Austin, NCAA, Conference, or other governing body, including state and federal laws. Annually obtain prior written approval and report all outside activities and outside income. Report knowledge of, or reasonable cause to believe, violation(s) of state or federal laws, policies, rules, or regulations of the University, Conference, or NCAA to IA ARMCS or IA HR. Fully cooperate with any investigation by providing complete and accurate information when requested to do so by Texas Athletics and/or the NCAA and do not influence others in any way during an investigation.
