Perform routine managerial work administering the daily operations and activities of the victim services unit.Establish goals and objectives; develop guidelines, policies, and procedures; develop schedules, priorities, and standards to achieve established goalsDevelop and evaluate budget requests; monitor budget expenditures.Coordinate and evaluate program activities.Supervise the work of others.Maintain case history records and prepare reports.Interview victims individually, in families, or in groups, assessing their situations, capabilities, and problems to determine what services are required to meet their needs.Establishes processes to support victims with family services, guidance clinics, courts, protective services, doctors, mental health services, and other contacts. Advocate for individual and community needs.
