Lead the Pre-Fab team to develop, implement, and manage design processes and standards across projects
Oversee the creation of shop fabrication tickets and ensure accuracy in design documentation
Collaborate with project managers, and VDC/BIM team
Conduct training and support for team members on Revit, Detailer, and AutoCAD BIM software and best practices
Review and approve project BIM deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions
Monitor project progress and manage technical issues related to BIM/VDC
Provide leadership in the development of VDC/BIM strategies that enhance collaboration and efficiency
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in BIM/VDC
Requirements
Education and/or Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (required)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in VDC/BIM management or related roles (required)
Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD & Excel (required)
