We are seeing a UX leader to help shape the future of AI-driven user experience design at NetSuite . We are looking for someone with design leadership experience who will operate as an individual contributor and consultant alongside the UX and Product teams. This person should be a visionary thinker with the knowledge and skills to create innovative AI-first solutions and drive meaningful change. They are not just an influencer, but a real leader deeply understands their craft and can apply that knowledge to execute to the benefit of the entire business.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Contribute to shaping AI Strategy – Bring skills, experience, and knowledge to help lead NetSuite’s UX teams as they strive for AI-first design,
Operate as a Leader – Support management and top-level leaders across UX and NetSuite Product in deeper AI understanding and application for UX. You will work with the highest levels of NetSuite leadership to share strategic thinking and guide decision-making.
Inspire UX teams – Mentor, guide, and inspire UX team members to learn more and become more well-rounded. You will not be required to manage teams but should be ready and willing to share knowledge and provide thought leadership to all.
Be able to work independently but always start with collaboration – This role requires independent thinking and skill but should never be done in a silo. We can only be successful as a company if we are sharing with and learning from all disciplines and levels.
Specialize and Hone Your Craft – You may know a lot about UX overall, but you need to be an expert who is ready to specialize in AI-driven UX strategies more than any other part of design.
Qualifications/Skills
15+ years experience in enterprise UX orgs, including time in leadership roles
Proven impact from leadership in AI-driven environments
System and “big picture” thinking with ability to hone that to individual, achievable actions
Facilitation expertise
Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional executives
Masterful storytelling abilities
Deeply understands customer problems

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
